History

In the early 1980s, a small and specialized modeling group (Novatech Design and Architecture) started its professional activities in northern Tehran, relying on the art of design, knowledge of materials, and industrial construction methods. Their work resulted in lasting effects in this field. Some of their notable creations include the commercial building of Monorail in Sadeghieh, Tehran, the landscape model of Goftegoo Park, the residential complex of Narenjestan Shomal, the Iranian Embassy complex, and many other remarkable projects.

The professional activities of the modeling studio opened up new experiences for the team as they entered the world of real-life scales. One notable example is the design of the “Park-e Madaran Tehran” stand (1384), which showcased their expertise in a remarkable way.

The team’s passion for art and industry on a real scale led them to create attractively engineered and artistic objects that go far beyond mere urban stands and become an integral part of our daily lives. The design and construction based on Poggenpohl’s most attractive objects, in collaboration with the architecture group “Tamooz,” marked the beginning of a journey that continues to this day.

Equipping a specialized wood studio in the industrial area of East Tehran and employing talented and motivated young individuals, as well as welcoming new and effective members to the team, has given rise to a modern and focused form within the organization.
